The Challenge
Heat Holders are a well-known, large UK based brand specialising in socks, gloves, hats, scarves and thermal wear and are proud to be part of a multi-million pound fashion and textiles group based in the UK. They were looking for an eCommerce business with experience in the fashion industry to work closely with who can suggest and implement large scale improvements to their existing online store.

The Solution
Web design and development
Our work with Heat Holders started with us carrying out a full audit of their Shopify store to analyse the site's usability, functionality, speed, SEO and to highlight technical issues. From this we worked with the Heat Holders team to establish a roadmap and timeline for the extensive site improvements that we agreed upon.
Ongoing management of Shopify store
Heat Holders also wanted an agency with who they could work together with on an ongoing business in terms of marketing strategy and website improvements, and we're proud of our long standing relationship with their brand. Since 2020 we've worked with Heat Holders UK to support their team in terms of merchandising and optimisation in line with the marketing stategy that we developed with them.
Marketing strategy
We're also incredibly proud of the work we do with Heat Holders in the UK, and see ourselves as an extension of their team. We assist with marketing strategy, taking a lead from the team's stakeholders, and manage all email marketing activity including weekly email sends and automated email programs, as well as organic and paid social media and Google ads management.
Other Focuses
Design and usability changes to the homepage and throughout including a full audit and ongoing seasonal amends.
A complete redesign of the site's header to improve navigation and the UI.
Adding functionality to make the site a multi-language Shopify store as well as adding multi-currency functionality. We also utilised both geo-location and international domains to show visitors the relevant language and currency.
Changes throughout the site to uplift the brand's SEO performance, including updating the descriptions for the entire product catalogue alongside ongoing improvements. This has resulted in massive improvements to page speed across the site as well as big changes in Google ranking.
Re-design and build of the product pages, adding new functionality such as reviews, videos alongside additional brand information.
Transitioning from Shopify to Shopify Plus

Our relationship with heatholders.co.uk continues to thrive and grow, and we’re proud to see their business grow from strength to strength. Since 2020 their online sales have significantly improved, with growth in revenue of 561% over the last 5 years. We celebrate in their successes, and early in 2024 they were awarded an award from Shopify for achieving 100,000 sales. We’re now looking forward to getting them to the next milestone of 1,000,000 sales!
